These Terms govern use of the Renew RX Wellness website and services by practices, prescribers, wellness businesses and partners (“you”). By using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

Renew RX Wellness connects you to a network of licensed 503A pharmacies and FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities for compounded and generic medications, and provides supporting sourcing, fulfillment and onboarding services.

2. Eligibility & accounts

Prescribers must hold valid, active licensure in every state in which they prescribe. You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you provide and for activity under your account.

3. Scope of use

Services are limited to non-controlled medications. Controlled substances and EPCS workflows are out of scope.

4. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the site, attempt to access data you are not entitled to, or use our services to violate applicable law.

5. Pricing & orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and verification of a valid prescription.

6. Disclaimers & liability

We facilitate sourcing and logistics. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the prescriber, and dispensing remains the responsibility of the licensed pharmacy. [Counsel to complete.]
