This policy explains what Renew RX Wellness collects and how we protect it. We store only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and to facilitate a prescription — nothing more.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, business or clinic name, business email, phone number, business type, and anything else you choose to tell us. Onboarding applications may also include a business address, NPI number, current supplier and estimated order volume.

How we use it

We use it to contact you about Renew RX services, prepare a quote, and complete onboarding. Submissions are delivered to our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel), which acts as a processor on our behalf.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the business, and only as far as necessary.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it. Protected health information is handled under applicable Business Associate Agreements.
